Operation steps:
- The first step is to connect the water pipe to the inlet, pay
attention to tightening the inlet to prevent water leakage, connect
the outlet pipe and prepare the liquid receiving bucket;
- Step two, insert the cutting fluid bucket and fix it vertically;
- Step three, open the inlet valve;
- Step four, adjust the size of the inlet valve, measure the
concentration ratio of the effluent with a refractometer, and make
appropriate adjustments to achieve the normal mixing ratio;
- Step five, adjust the concentration of the regulating valve to the
normal required ratio, tighten the locking nut of the regulating
valve to prevent accidental touch from causing concentration
changes;
- Step 6: Once the ratio is normal, automatic liquid dispensing can
be performed.
